Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery (counting from the date you received your order).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and protective seals intact.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons (see below).

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective or incorrect:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and hygiene products.

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, lingerie, swimwear) once opened.

  • Jewelry and accessories marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted clearance products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

Shipping returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@sallycruz.com within the eligibility period. Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.

  2. Our customer service team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Securely repackage the item(s) in original packaging.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

⚠️ Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect upon arrival 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
